Our menus offer elegant, refined dishes drawing largely upon Italian and French influences and emphasize technique, creativity, and superb ingredients from farmers and purveyors we respect and admire. In addition to the dining room menu, available à la carte, we offer a six-course chef’s tasting menu which changes biweekly.
Our wine list predominantly features the old world wines of France, Italy, Austria, and Germany as well as a selection of American wines from small producers. The wine program Cat Silirie has created is accomplished by extensive travel and research and by the education of staff. The carefully edited wine list represents Cat’s relationships with some of the world’s most talented and passionate winemakers who are dedicated to creating beautiful wines with a strong sense of place and a great respect for tradition.
